Man those were the days when I would watch this show and play with the toys ^^. I hate the car transformers now, Beast Wars fan forever XD. Besides, I think the characters are more likeable in BW, just can't get attatched to the ones in the movies as I did with Cheetor.

I love this show - one of the many things that makes it so great is the fact that the combat is so realistic. Character's actually use basic principles of warfare like taking cover, creating distractions, using suppressive fire and manuevering in close to engage opponents in melee combat (making their guns obsolete).

The physics really stand out - I like how Cheetor uses a blast from his plasma cannon to balance himself on that hover-platform.

The computer generated animations look TERRIBLE in retrospect. But back then, i thought they were incredible.

Sure Pixar was the one who made the first completely computer animated movie, Toy Story, but Mainframe made both Reboot and Beast Wars, the first computer animated TV shows.
