I dont think the bungees are doing anything for you except adding to the stresses on the spring dude. You are creating an unnatural stress point where there shouldnt be one and that can cause massive instant failures.

You need more bungee too make a diffence !?
There is a limit too how much you could add before you chance snapping the springs !
