what are the dangers of those people 's statements : how can u say dt , these dogs are not only barking but also biting , using violence etc, also if constitution gives the right to speech then it also gives the right to freedom and right to freedom of religion(art.25) and cultural rights( , so how could one prevent to speak hindi/any language or carryout chath puja within national territory , why shouldn't these ppl should be given exile , try to think from outside the frame .
