your landing is alright but if you want a more smooth landing, put your engines to idle just/after you touch down either 1, if is after touch down your speed have to be a good speed and once you touch down put it to idle and put your nose wheel down engage reverse thrust and brakes, if just before touch down, come in at abit faster speed so after when you put your engines to idle you still can flare and not stalling up the plane then the plane with kiss the gound with a smile on your face=)
the PAPI must be 2 red and 2 whit to be on the glideslope correct... and then you should go more slow, in real life real flight the landing gear would c has collapsed ... And this is important in real life you mustn't set the reverse if the front landing gear hasn't touched the ground... First the front landing gear must touch the ground (the runway) and then you put the reverse (thrust rever)... However good landing but you can be excellent byebye
