same music again? In 2006, Classic Media released 52 of the 78 episodes produced on a four disc DVD set entitled Harvey Toons - The Complete Collection.
do you by any chance remember the cartoon where a guy had no guts to stand up to his boss. He gets drunk and then returns to work asking for a raise? I've looking and looking and I can't find it.
i remember that one, but I dont think he gets drunk. I do think it is on Harvey Toons - The Complete Collection. = In 2006, Classic Media released 52 of the 78 episodes produced on a four disc DVD set entitled Harvey Toons - The Complete Collection.
I like when I'm right about something. He actually does get drunk and the name of that cartoon is crumley cogwheel and it was made in 1962. I actually found it. I got lucky, but anyways check it out and its amazing to think that someone made that cartoon and showed it to kids. We're just to politically correct nowadays. I'm sure we've all felt that way.
ye: it is on here: Crumley Cogswell. The opening part is what I remember (obscure) from so long ago....also I found one that I have NEVER heard of "In The Nicotine (1961)" which is NOT on the Harveytoon list on Wikipedia...also I swear an 'truncated' version of "Crumley Cogswell" on my dvd set, but look on WIKIPEDIA for "List of The Harveytoons Show episodes"
also I think it shows him replacing his "BOSS PILLS" with "JOY PILLS" and the old thing of "come out where ever you are", & "He is not going to bite you" but on the HARVEYTOONS COMPLETE COLLECTION some of the openings are EDITED in something called "TOON TIME" which SUCKS!!!
my other comment wouldnt post? on the cartoon doesnt it have "WHERES MY PILLS" and the "BOSS PILLS" get replaced with "JOY PILLS"? I think this may be on "Harveytoons the complete collection" but it has something called "TOON TIME" which sucks, because they edit the opening segments and cut off the beginning of the cartoon...
It's hard not to feel sorry for the donkey, what with all the disappointment he's been through. Fortunately he managed in the end, with Casper's help of course.
This is probably one of the better cartoons, because it doesn't feature the dark or any other ghosts. Those ones, such as A Haunting We Will Go, tend to freak me out quite a bit.
