hmmm forgive me if I'm making a new theory but I don't think Ragna dies. V-13 says she won't die if Ragna doesn't die. So the thing with Jin's Kisiragi's ending was probably something to mess his mind with.

You found out that Jin was refering to Ragna? Well in anycase. Jin seems to hate everybody except Ragna according to what I learned. Not really sure what happened but Jin seems to be obsessed with him. Heres the battle intro translation:

nope nevermind I got it all wrong its part of Jin's "first opening" apparantly it doesn't seem like that permently Blood Kain Ragna has ever been defeated filmed. So we'll never know till some guy becomes pro enough.
It's supposinly said that Ragna has two endngs. One you need a certain requirement during the battle, if you don't fufill it. Ragna recieves the bad ending
