I don't really like how they portrayed Jane Seymore. She was actually every bit the driven social climbing shark that Anne was. In truth she wanted revenge on Anne for Katherine. Also, she had no interest in reuniting Elizabeth with her father. She wanted to help Mary, but also cause she felt like Mary was the only person of high enough station to talk to. I might have respected her more on the show if that had been her character. Well, they never said it was accurate. Just entertaining.

I think Anne Boleyn was the best. The Rumors and lies against her were false. Though I think they are were good in their own way. except Katherine Howard, she was just f@*king useless. Anne was a good match for Henry. Jane gave him a son and brought Mary and Elizabeth closer to her father, Anne of Cleeves turned out to be a good friend/ sister to Henry, and Catherine Parr helped care for Henry in his old age, and looked after his children.

I have two favorites queens. LOL

The first one is the famous Anne Boleyn. She loved the king and the king loved her. But she was beheaded and she was strong. It's an admirable act.

The next one is Jane Seymour. I think she was the only wife who was really loved by the king. Maybe because she was the only one that has given him a son... Or maybe because Henry has not had time to be tired of Jane. We can't know.

But Jane & Anne are the best queens for me, I haven't got a real reason =)

I love Anne Boleyn above all, to be sure... but Katherine of Aragon is also one of my favorites. she had much dignity and intelligence. Jane Seymour is very pretty and I like how she reunites Elizabeth with his father (at least in the series....)

People Henry married Catherine when she was like 15, he was 50. And based on all historical accounts of her she wasn't really a bad person just a clueless teenager who could be easily seduced by anyone, she was extremely naive. So she is not my favorite queen but she was definitely more henry's victim then he was hers.
