  • @WatcherofFreedom

but this mean it today. look at the "grimmsches wörterbuch" and you will find the "biedermann" as an honestly an educated man.

  • Ein schlimmer Ohrwurm!^^

Thanks a lot for up loadind!

  • @WatcherofFreedom Thanks for your comment. It seems that I am a ´Biedermann´too!

Maybe that´s why I enjoy this piece of music so much. Greetings from Amsterdam

  • Can´t get it out of my head! What does ´biderman´ mean?

  • if you know anything about the art pictured, please let me know--thanks

  • I'd love to hear more like this! Awesome!!

  • this is a german song, but not medieval. this is from the renaissance. the music is more secular and more polyphonic than medieval music.

  • Yes, you are totally right! I've corrected my mistake although I cannot change the tittle. Apologies and thanks for letting me know! MLpossible

  • @MLpossible

Go to My videos, edit the video and change the title.

  • done and thanks :)

  • @b0ttomzone this piece of music is in no way polyphonic in any part of the music. It is mostly of homophonic texture and I would say that, though it is likely to have been composed early in the renaissance period it has more features of medieval music and that is the category I would place it under. As for secular that makes it no more renaissance than any other period in music history.

  • @b0ttomzone

the North renaissance was a bit different that South

  • @rafal017

    *that

  • @rafal017

    lol *than

  • @b0ttomzone

LoL, the picture stays medieval though but these are probably just pernicketiness considering, there are even people on youtube calling this "pirate-age" music.

  • @rp1703 It depends on the historian when asked about the period of time he calls medival the latest point ist 1648 Peace after the War .. an the golden time of pirates was clearly after 1600 ;) joho

  • @Yulo2000Leyje For abaut 1600 ended the Renaissance, and starts the Baroque.
