If you mean it's a clone, then it really isn't much of a clone. It started out as a game that played like guitar hero. People often complained about the old look, and that caused less people to play fof. Most people use this mod now. Play with the old theme, people complain that it looks nothing like guitar hero. This is the result of an amazing programmer (with help from modders) getting the feel of guitar hero for PC

He could have charged for this game too, since it in no way steals anything from Guitar Hero or Rock Band (he didn't make it look like either game after all), so him making it free was just his way of being generous to the PC gaming community
