Cantona is the greatest United player of all time. His technical ability combined with the authority he exuded. It was short lived but hugely important. George Best is still my favourite player of all time from any team, so much magic in those boots.. plus he would have got the rounds in.

If you're talking about all time best XIs, you'd have to look at players such as Rush, Dalglish, Keegan, Owen I doubt Ziege, Mascherano or even Torres would be in most Liverpool fans' best XI.

I think United's would come out on top but there's nothing wrong with admitting Liverpool have had some outstanding players. For me it just makes it funnier when they continue to fail.
