@nigropuntdus i guess you expect him to be able to levitate? cause that's the only way someone is doing one armed dips without anything to brace themselves against, unless you wanna post a video to prove otherwise. it's not like he's pushing with his feet to make it easier, give the man his props for this feat of upper body strength.

Thats pretty good except that his hips and feet dont actually lower or raise, so the functionality of the way he is doing it is a bit less than if he were actually lowering and raising his entire body. Kudos though, it takes a lot of strength.
you it says this help develeope your dip strength wich it does if he goes alll the way down he is gonna use muscles he wouldnt need to use in a normal dip.

no way this is close to a real one arm dip. much weight is absorbed by the feet touching the wall and you dont need perfect body-tension

@muki1016 he's doing a training/progression eventually he will not need to use any leverage from his feet, but it is still just as effective.
