Use earplugs, seriously that's what I do, and my roommate snores EXTREMELY loud. Squishy kind of earplugs, put them in your ear, and it will literally block out the snoring 99-100%.
b/c it's annoying as fuck to have to carry a mattress down one floor to the basement and back up every single day. this is an apartment; if I leave something down there, it will get stolen the next day. I shouldn't have had to do this, but it is impossible to sleep in the same room when my roommate is snoring.
