What does this mean "realistic?" What sheep said is exactly right. No one's saying it'll be easy (quite the opposite) to get single payer passed, especially with this type of congress. But that's why you need an independent candidate, in this case w/no strings attached to the fuckin health care industry. Their political influence is why our system is the worst in oecd. If Joe was "realistic," he'd admit that.
