  • Hello Sorted Team! I humbly request an excellent vegan cake recipe. (my little sister is vegan and her birthday is coming up) Many thanks!!!

  • YEY ITS MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • do you cook in each others kitchens? only different set ups pop in in different videos?! BTW love you guys! xoxo

  • So Jamie doesn't know that he's wearing a bright yellow shirt? Poor Jamie. :P

  • hi sorted guys, my sister is allergic to lactose and sugar, and she doesn't eat gluten... it's soon her birthday and i want to make a special dessert for her.

    - Sila. from denmark :)

  • Belgium! pride!

  • @sortedfood can you guys should make biscotti?

  • wow those biscuits crunch louder than normal ones! impressive

  • I am lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, allergic to all nuts, and when I eat peanuts I go into anifilatic shock {thank god it has never happened}, and I have athsma. IT SUCKS!

  • Ben, you never fail to impress me with your inventiveness. So many of your recipes are naturally gluten-free anyway, but you manage to make things like GF baking simple and achievable (when so often I give up at the complicated-ness of a recipe before I even start). Thank you! These biscuits (and the jelly) are *definitely* going on the list.

  • Thanks so much for making a recipe that I don't have to modify! I love it when I can just cook one of your recipes without changing anything! Thanks for being gluten friendly every once in a while :)

  • About the gelatin: how many grams would you say is approximately one sheet? I only have powder, and I wanted to make this for a friend of mine.

  • Hey there's Mike! He does the music!! =D

  • Why is there a picture of some guy staring at you from the computer?

  • @gamefreek24the2d Lol that was the video request after they watched it :P

  • @RoseBrilliante Oh, I see now.

  • The guy in the rolling stones shirt is HAWT.

  • ooh, could you guys make a tropical dessert without coconut??

  • Hey, isn't that mike who does the music?

  • You jelly?!

  • I'm Allergic To Coconut... What do I do?!

  • @louiseisbeautiful Dont use it then simple as! Use another flavouring

  • @MrGyan69 Yeah, but the coconut looked pretty important.

  • You need American conversions!

  • "Ben, how are we going to sort her out?" ;)

  • Ummm I dont understand grams and milliliters since I live in the US and when i go online to fine a converter it just makes weird measurements such as 2.485464564 cups so could you make a little converter in the bottom bar of what it sall equal to in the US?? If you live in the United States Like this so we can make these recipies too ! Thanksssss

  • do you use low fat milk or full fat

  • so, i can't eat or drink anything with alcohol in it, so will it still taste good without the coconut rum?

  • is that charlie in the background on the computer??

  • Hey can you guys do a meatloaf recipe that doesn't taste like a bland crappy brick. Meatloaf is so easy but nobody likes it cuz it tastes so bland and heavy. Thanks so much

  • I'm using this recipe, with a few tweaks, for my final exams on my diploma catering course, it's amazing:3 xx

  • TEMPTING! i'm gonna try it. i love cooking (desserts specially :P)

  • you guys should try to make rose pedel jam it was popular during ww2 you use rose pedals from roses,,(but you would have to grow your own roses.. to make sure there clean and safe)

  • Can you make profiteroles or eclairs?

  • is jamie's favorite color yellow because i see him wearing yellow often

  • Its obvious the other two don't take cooking seriously...why are they even on there?

  • @Breathlless Comic relief! It makes them stand out as a cooking program from other generic, serious fare.

  • rubbery... sort of silliconyy.. hmm..

  • nice t shirt mike :)

  • jamie's colour blind???

  • @waterinheaven and left-handed! What are the chances??? haha ;)

  • @sortedfood i googled it apparently its a 1.04% chance of being a left handed male with colour blindness.

  • @steviehasachannel Lucky Jamie!

  • @sortedfood More like Unlucky...

  • Does Michael wear make-up??? He looks way too pretty!

  • WHY DID THIS NOT SHOW UP IN MY SUBSCRIPTIONS BOX??? D: Who is Youtube to keep me from my weekly Sorted recipes?!

  • Can you just use powdered plain jello instead of gelatin sheets? If so then, how much?

  • That looks really tasty! I'll try that some time :) Thanks for sharing!

I'm allergic to eggs, do you think you could come up with some sort of cake without eggs? :)

  • Gotta have the mint

  • Hey, I wonder if I could translate your recipes into French (add subtitles on the videos or do a blog linked to yours)? a lot of people I know are absolutely in love with your ideas but they don't understad a thing and I'm sure they would not be the only ones.

  • Hey, I wonder if I could translate some of your recipes into French, a lot of people I know absolutely like the ideas but they don't understand a thing and well, I'm not a living translator^^.

    thanks

  • this recipe is freaking awesome! thank you so much! have to try this tomorrow for the Eurovision Song Contest XD great work guys!

  • mike!

  • woah I'm from belgium too and I have to stop eating gluten and milk for 3 weeks, this is very awesome , thank you :D

  • Oh boys, you'll get me obese..

  • Never watch their vids at midnight it makes you SO hungry trust me cuz now I crave those biscuits

  • @PandyBean I thought it was Charlie at first too but I think it's the girl who gave the video response

  • my mum is a celiac (fancy name for gluten intolerant)

and we get gluten free flour, which is made from rice and potatoes, and we use it all the time! there is a very tiny difference in texture but other than that it's like your eating a gluteny muffin!

  • @YunaTsukiyuoTenshi Yep, there are loads of great substitutes available for coeliacs and hose which other intolerances. Rice flour is a top example! :D

  • RUM!!!

    "but... why's the rum gone?!!!"

  • can you do something with marzipan in? i love marzipan!!!!!

  • VEGE-FUCKING-TARIANISM

  • Awesome!

  • Looks good.

  • This looks rather amazing :) But could you use a vegetarian substitute for the gelatin? I've heard about 'agar agar' but am unsure as to how much of it to use for this recipe :/

  • Where is the studio based?

  • @BeccaSomething Central London! :D

  • Can you make it with just normal milk?? Instead of soya milk.. :)

  • @LoraTheBora absolutely! It's a great dessert for anyone!

  • No fruits......? D=

  • i wonder... where do they store their tiny sprigs of mint?

  • Man, lactose intolerant friendly recipe! Now.. Is there any substitute for gelatin that can be used in this?

  • spaghettiii!!

  • a biscuit is a cookie in England terms right..?

  • do more vegetarian food :D

  • that face on the background computer screen is SCARY!!

  • I was watching perfect... but i didn't see you guys :(

What episode was you in? :)

  • @CookiieMonsterXxX The takeaway episode today, as the panel of judges.

  • I'm alsow from belgium and I'm alsow lacto-intolerant love it

  • Charlie in the background ;)

  • 'I'm colour blind.'

that was apparent in your shirt choice, Jamie xD

  • aww... why would someone dislike this ):

  • Shouldn't watch this video so late at night... XD. It looks so yummy!!!

  • I'm only 16, but had a go at the inside out burgers at the weekend and loved them, as did my family! We all have different favourite cheeses so I bought tiny pieces of different ones from the supermarket deli and used them; sage derby, pepperjack and cranberry stilton. They went down really well with everyone, I will be making them again soon! Thank you so much. :)

  • @aqualily96 wow, your very own cheese board with the burgers! Nice idea!

  • just a tip, make sure it's unsweetened soya - it's sweetened with apple juice

  • should i wait for the jelly to become cool enough then put it in the fridge, or i can just put it in while it still hot?

  • @ivyloves4eva it won't really be hot since you've added the cold soya milk by this point. But it will be warm. Leave it to cool slightly if you have a really full fridge, but otherwise it won't make enough of a difference with 6 small jellies.

  • who has the job of washing up? :P

  • My friend's a vegan and doesn't have gelatine or anything is it possible to make Jelly without gelatine? (stupid question I know)

  • @BrokenSmiles91 very easy, just google "gelatine substitutes" "vegetarian/vegan safe gelatine"

    all ways try google first!

  • Can u please please make Milo cookies please please I'm despret make them for me please please

  • WOO!

  • I love this thank you soooo much. My mum is lactose and gluten intolerant and I am lactose intolerant. This is great. <3

  • I have kind of the opposite problem, in that I'm allergic to soy, could I use normal milk in this dish?

  • YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  • what a wonderful thing this is....for the allergic ones.. :)

  • mike. is. beautiful.

  • yum!! :) this looks great!

  • hahahaha the mango puree kinda looks like mustard.................. =P

  • So, even though I don't like the taste or smell of coconut at all, this looks so good that I'd try it anyway. Love you guys!

  • Jesus, that's a lot of sugar...

  • i love tropical desserts. can't wait to give this recipe a go!

  • I hate coconut. =(

  • I know this is made for a lactose free, gluten free diet, but even so, this looks delicious! Well done!

  • Make cookies like peanut butter or turtle

  • I've been blinded by the Stones tee... Purple + rhinestones + Stones tongue = confusion. Not necessarily a bad thing.

  • Perfect for lactose intolerance!!!

  • much love for the gluten free things! thank you so much <3

  • Gelatin is often made from animal by products. Do you know of anything that can be used by vegetarians as replacement for it in this and other recipes?

  • @BeBopALula1 you should try pectin!

  • @BeBopALula1 Agar agar acts in much the same way, but has a different texture, quite solid, almost crunchy. It's made from seaweed/algae. The creaminess of the coconut milk may improve the texture of the agar agar. Also known as kanten, sometimes sold as vegetarian/chinese gelatin. Available in health food, Asian and Indian specialty stores if not in the baking aisle at your local.

  • Alpro Soya!! Proud to be a belgian :D (and my brother works at Alpro!)

  • This was perfect! I've been wanting to try my hand at gluten-free baking. They turned out lovely- very crispy and light.

  • at 5:13 a facebook sound can be heard in the background, which made me pause the video to check my facebook since i thought someone was trying to contact me, it would be highly appreciated if you would edit out such sounds in the future.

  • @SultanaDaniel that wasn't even noticeable...lol

  • First thing I saw was the sparkly Rolling Stones shirt.

  • 0:13 synchronized head turn, so cute

  • how much of that coconut liquor did jamie have? hahaha

  • anyone think the guy on the left looks a bit like chase crawford... but like.... cuter? haha

  • @madasrabbits06 doppelganger in my opinion

  • @madasrabbits06 i was thinking the exact same thing! lol

  • looks so yummy!especially the biscuits! :) :) :)

  • vegetarian recipes from around the world! :)

  • Indian recipes but vegetarian as they are meant to be

  • i hope this doesn't sound tooo stupid lol, but could you make those biscuits with something else instead of the coconut? and if so, what kind of thing would you have to use?

  • Genius!

  • I've had a weird craving for banana bread for like 2 months now, no idea how to make it though, how about a video to show me how?

  • I'm going to go try that recipe out, looks great!

Also digging the Rolling Stones shirt!♥

  • Thumbs up for being from Belgium and being proud of it! :)

  • @Lauliix3 it's a country functioning without a government - couldn't get better!!! XD

  • You have the best recipes

  • i have a video that is a request for you guys so could you please watch that because i dont know how to make video responses!!

  • Is there an alternative you could use to coconuts? I'm allergic to them -.-

  • @loopynutcase are you allergic to all things that are nuts?

  • @aloeart No for some reason, I seriously don't get how that works XD I'm allergic to coconuts and peanuts but everything else nut wise I'm fine with O.o

  • hey sorted team!! so, my request is somewhat unusual, but maybe you can give it a go... so i'm originaly from Alsace (region in the east of france) although i dont live there now i go there quites often to see family and it is very much in my heart. I love cooking and Alsace has some very typical dishes that i absolutely ADORE. Now my request is "choucroute" although i know the recipe off by heart i think not enough people do... hope you give it a go, you might even learn something yourself :) x

  • Note to self: Don't watch cooking videos when you haven't eaten all day.

  • @evolvingboard

    woah how come?

  • @123akify Because I have this bad habit of not being hungry when it's time to eat and then feeling weird about eating at an odd time, so I end up just eating dinner, which is bad I know.

  • My brother is going to England for a week and i want to make a lovely chocolate cake for him when he comes back. Can you guys make something original? Love your vids!
