The heading says it's a pyrolysis plant, the description calls it an incinerator. They are not the same. Pyrolysis is clean and efficient. I would have a pyrolysis plant in my back garden (as long as I got all the free gas and electricity I wanted). I wouldn't have an incinerator though. So what is this one?
