This fella is doing EXACTLY what a shepherd is SUPPOSED to do........warn the flock against the wolves like Copeland and Hinn and Munroe and Creflo Dollar............This is what the cross of Christ says.He is God....We are not..........most of the yokels on TBN preach to a constituency of itching ears and people who ''cherry-pick''favorite verses to wrap them around their unscriptural beliefs........
wow .....this is a good word here.....thank you....keep up the good work here...living relationship with God through the cross and the shed blood of Jesus the Christ, no matter how hard it gets to remain in faith..... yes thats true faith
Very well said, Copeland has been documented on so many herectical views. "You don't have a God in you you are one!" for example, Creflo says the same thing, these are herectical views and do not line up with scripture and reach the heart of salvation. The Jesus they teach is NOT the Jesus of the bible. Copeland's Jesus was just like Adam in the gargen of Eden "God manifest in the flesh". This is very close if not the same as Mormon doctrine -at least on the you are a god issue. Not CHRISTian.
Also, non-believers can be healed too. Even people who don't love Jesus can be healed. Why do you think there were so many crowds coming to Jesus? Because just about everyone wants to be healed!
Most of the times Jesus healed people in the NT, it did not produce true lasting faith in them. They went off and advertised about the healing he did, not the message he taught. Of course, people love the stuff they get. We love "getting healed", then we can go live the way we want! But not repentance.
It takes real courage to speak what this preacher is saying. Because it goes against what is popular today. We must welcome debate in the church, we must judge all things. It takes courage and discipline to say I will check it out for myself.
thank you for this video, i was once part of the WOF movment, the church i went to was like a cult - with leaders that were heartlless and self serving.
and the teachings you described are the teachings that are still being taught-- shamefull --- thank God i am no longer there
its true..they Demote God..and PROmote man...HE has to do what they say!..its New Age mixed w Christian Science...Creflo Dollar went as far as to say Jesus is not GOD!!!...........word of faith is a CULT!!.........people get attached to personalities and exalt them over the WORD!!......WAKE UP Church
People like this are dividing the Church of Jesus Christ. And this is a serious offense to God. Secondly, he is attributing the works of God to the works of the devil. Another serious offense. Judge not by what you see in the natural, but judge by the Spirit. The people who are attacking Copeland and the like, are not being led by the Spirit.
How do you judge by the Spirit? We go to the Scriptures right? The prosperity gospel shipwrecks the faith (see 1 Timothy ch. 6). A pastor should address this teaching because it is very popular today in various forms. The sheep need to be warned. The Apostle Paul calls us to warn about wolves in sheep's clothing (see Acts 20).
1 John 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. A cult or heretic would not be able to confess the above. The fact that Paul warned us about wolves in sheeps clothing is not an excuse to use that against every preacher that you disagree with.
That's a good verse and it actually supports this video. The verse above means that the person who speaks to you sharing the gospel should point you to Christ and the Cross. The true gospel message is all about bringing glory to Jesus Christ. This prosperity gospel is not about Christ. Yes they mention Christ, but it's all about using Jesus to advance your own agenda.
I'm sorry, Forgive me for judging you and the man in the video. It is not my place to judge any man. I must first remove the two by four from my own eye, before pointing out the splinter in another man's eye. So I am bowing out, now. Blessings in Christ.
You need to "test the Spirits" as Paul says, If it does not line up with Scripture then it is not the Will of God. Copeland does not meet the qualifications of being a pastor based on Scripture (Titus 2, 1 Timothy 3) based on these things and other qualifications in Scripture Copeland should not only be not allowed to Pastor, He should be kicked out of the Church and numbered with the pagans.
@MickPalani You're wrong. This pastor not dividing the church. The false doctrine itself is what divides. You cannot accuse those who preach the truth of causing division. Like Hank Hanegraaf and Justin Peters, this pastor is following 2 Pet 3:16. You say Judge not. What about testing all things in light of scripture and holding fast to that which is good. You've obviously been deceived, yourself, by the Word of Faith movement.
I was in a Bible study where one of the leaders blatantly taught that poor people can't be spiritually effective and that we need to be rich to do great things for God. Isn't that dividing the church into rich and poor? Isn't that judging and attacking the poor?
God will be where the few gather, in truth... not where all the cars are parked at these satanic so-called faith meetings.
Kenneth Copeland, Rick Warren, Benny Hinn, etc will receive what they deserve from our Lord Jesus Christ for their blasphemies... They should read Revelation 22:18-19.
