On the site of this building on Chung Shan N. Road near Yuan Shan, there was were several U.S. Military compounds where I lived from 1965-67 for two years. The planes landing at Sung Shan airport were overhead constantly. USTDC on the Fine Arts site, and HSA on the site of the soccer/football field.
