  • Going deeper is easier on my knees and I get the benefit of stretch reflex and more full activating my glutes.

  • same here, olympic style squatting is so much easier on my knees than a strict parallell squat.

  • you know like in rambo 1 when he was sorta puffy, but then in rambo 2 he was all cut up? Thats what you look like. I mean, you more shredded than a julienne salad baby.
