Jetstar is 50% wog and 50% beautiful Australians. Excuse the wog bit, but it's unfair for overseas air stewards flying in Australia at a quarter of the wage and they are jetlagged from other flights. Cheap labour means we paying passengers get bad service. Shame on you Qantas.

Man this is nothing. I flew shitty ass Brunei Airlines from Sydney to Dubai, and there was a sandstorm in Dubai so they turned us to the nearest airport "Muscat", where we waited for 30 hours with no notification of what the fuck is going on.

Then as an apology, they gave all the angry passengers a big mac burger upon arrival in dubai, YAAAY, 30 hours = a big mac... fuckin sick mate. lol. (Lesson learned, dont fly cheap shitty airlines)

oh poor thing to fly with aircraft which happen to ground turn back or even worst turn back after 1 hours flight. and guess what? this happen frequently to airbus aircraft.. its ashamed that airbus made aircraft this way, so beautiful aircraft (to em at least) but too mane defect. C'mon Airbus, HEAD UP!!!

what was exactly the problem? but its a good reason why there logo only has 1 star cause there 1 star rated to me. Not to be mean or anything jetstar is a 3 star low cost airline and virgin is a 4 star low cost airline which only 4 other low cost airlines in the world have. The international crew for jetstar look and sound soo much nicer than the domestic crew.

Delays cost airlines money and for a low cost airline like Jetstar that is something they try really hard to avoid. Sometimes delays are unavoidable like engineering issues, weather or ATC. Sometimes they're caused by customers like people spending a bit too much time at the bar, web checking from home and then not showing up at the airport or simply not hearing the boarding call. Point is whether it's Jetstar, Virgin or a "real airline" NOONE wants delays.

totally agree i got delayed four 4 and a half hours newcastle to melbourne. We never got to emlbourne till 3:30am in the morinng. No refreshments nothing! There a joke. Thats why we have Virgin blue there the best in aus! and i hope 2 be pilot for them when im older yay! :)

Most of the jetstar crew like the sounds of their own voice which is why they jump straight on to the PA rather than think before they speak.
