hey bro i have a huge problem i was hoping you could help.... my phone is rooted and i did everything you did in the video im trying to flash a new rom. everytime i go to reinstall packages it says e: failed to verify whole file signature e: signature verification failed. installation aborted..... any idea how i can fix that? please help

are you running Auxura 2.2 on this video or the older version? Because the graphs look very different.

Also what is the notification background black? Is there anyway to change that?

When ever I try to change a rom over CWM, it always says E:SDCARD/update.zip not found (device or resource busy)... don't know why it says that and I'm stuck with Axura 2.1 and I want to change..

Have you tried Axura 2.1? I just installed it, first custom ROM that ive used on my Vibrant. It looks different than the one in this video, are you using a Theme? Maybe Master changed the look completely in 2.1, maybe ill install 2.0.6

@vidmonkey I am currently using 2.2 and I still can't do it justice with a video or words. It just keeps getting better. He keeps changing little things with this theme from one update to the next.

Master has apparently discontinued further publicly released development of the ROM due to people giving out prereleased versions of the ROM.

how to install voodoo lag fix thing? can u make a tutorial for that ?? and how to remove it... cuz i heard its dangerous with certain roms..

@solidkundi It's simple. Download it via the page you snagged the ROM, then use ROM manager or manually install it. Then when you need to diable it to install another rom, just flash the disable voodoo.zip file.

Ive been using macnut r12 and I tried to flash from that to obsidian a couple days ago and my phone didnt start so i had to restore back to the backup i made before trying to flash to obsidian. How would i go about flashing to this with the voodoo lagfix, would I have to odin back to stock?

Hey, i'm a little stuck here, just got a Galaxy S Gt-i9000 (not vibrant) i flashed this rom no worries and its great, so hats off to the devs. One problem, im not familliar with the OS so much and i have no 3G or Mobile internet access, cos my phone is australian and the rom was developed in the US.

Can someone please enlighten me on how to connect it back to up 3G and enter the nessecery settings. i'm with Virign Mobile Australia by the way, thanks guys.

you mentioned the gps locks on very quickly. But that isn't the case. Notice your wifi being oned while you were accessing google maps? That's why it is that fast. You should turn off both wifi and data networks to accurately show whether the gps is working or not.

@Youpartyte how is the app google maps supposed to work without an active data connection? it has to dwl maps. the gps just had a hot start he should have used gps status to show the gps lock and maybe my tracks to show consistency of gps data

@xeonsamarescu i didn't mean data networks as in gprs connection. You know there are 3 options to tick in the location and security settings? one is wireless networks or whatever, the other one is gps, and the last one is sensor aiding. Let only gps to be on. And test its reliability. Galaxy s always failed this test.

Well wifi calling is a feature very valuable for people who travel overseas. Being able to call home from any wifi hotspot is priceless.

Wifi calling is also great when you are indoors, i would say sound quality is still not on par compared to regular gsm calls.

I think wifi hotspot does have the potential to decrease battery consumption since you are basically turning off all the other radios of the phone.
