why not call safe on the 14 and leave the cue on the rail . like you did on your 1st shot

isn'r this a frozen rail shot . i think your ball needs to go to a neutral rail to be legal?

@smlong2000 As I mentioned, you're going to purposely foul to give your opponent "ball-in-hand" with no shot.
