this is a well trained good choreography, danced by a beautiful girl. But where ist the "oriental Dance"

this is show dance, good isolated, fast and with a good timing- but not what I want to see when I am looking for Raks Sharqi

Sorry - you are very young but if this is the future of the oriental dance, there is no future....

There is a great loss of understanding if all dancers today only use choreographies, but the improvisation, the soulfull dance, is gone...

@istanbulu1 first i have to say that this video is an older one and i am learning every day something new. and i improve my dance as far as possible ..you will see in a few years ;) besides there are bellydancers who start their career with over 20 years old and i am just 19. i have so much time to become a great and respected oriental dancer

My dear, learn more about culture, tarab and the music and you will be a respected dancer, dont try to copy what is fashion for the moment, like bellydance superstars, because this will for long term eliminate the seriousity of the dance...watch some of the great russian dancers, excellent technik and soul...whatch some of the old egyptian dancers, minimum technik but maximum tarab...

the future is inbetween...and dont put old clips online always show the best you can!
