10 years ago I went to the mall with my mom to get Metal Gear Solid 2 & another game I had yet to decide upon. It was between GTA 3 & Tony Hawk 3, the game store clerk said GTA 3 hands down! I reluctantly went with GTA.

Got home decided to check out GTA quickly before emerging myslef into MGS 2... To this day I think MGS 2 still has the plastic on it!

Its scary how technology have evolved, many years ago we could only play this game on our fat screen tv on PS2 I even refuse to go out back then sometimes because of this game lol.. And now years later, we're playing it on our palm not a PSP but our slim/light Apple/Android Smartphones and Tablet with equal graphics?!?! Love the fact, that we can play this old school game again

@appleman1324 We can't be sure it's Claude in GTA V, there are also theories it's Tommy from Vice City but he was 36 back then, he'd be a grandpa now. But I'm pretty sure it won't be any of the earlier guys, Rockstar has enough new characters and stories to tell without doing the old one's again eve though many fans would like to at least have earlier characters appear in the game as mission givers or something.

gtaIV is too realistic, whether its getting into vehicles, shooting ur gun, running, or anything else. the old gta's were easy to control and the driving and flying mechanics were always very realistic.

I havent yet played gta 4 but as far as i have played vice city is the best. You could say san andreas had many things to do. but carl johnson just do not have that "essence" to become what tommy is.

There were some pretty wellknown voiceactors in gta 3. For example Kyle Maclachlan who voiced Donald Love, or Michael Rapaport who was the voice of Joey Leone. Not to forget the alway wonderful Joe Pantoliano (Luigi Goterelli) or b-movie star Michael Madsen as Toni Cipriani.
