Yes, you can buy just the frame with no fabric. We call it our 'pro kit.' Build your headboard dimensions and click through to the last step. Instead of adding a fabric just proceed to checkout. We only ship within the continental US. We have had International customers have used 3rd party forwarders.
i am so disappointed in the price. the price averages out to about $64/panel. An entire headboard can be made for that price. Cute and convenient but definitely not worth $512 for a king bed with 2 rows.
@angienynj I'm sorry your disappointed! We try to keep the prices as low as possible but fabric and shipping adds quite a bit of cost for us. If you did a King headboard with 15x20 panels and 2 rows your cost goes down a bit to $464... but that probably doesn't help you enough. Thanks for checking us out and thanks for the feedback!
@angienynj No, seriously....after a trip to the Home depot and a trip to Joanns fabrics..I could make that for around $50..Im thinking about making one for my bedroom. It's super easy, it's just a small wooden frame with fabric nail over it. That would be very easy to make-Dont let their ridiculous prices fool you..
hi Hedy, what is the total height of your headboard? I have a three panel headboad that I am reupholstering but I think they might be too long (height). I might trim the height.

The price is calculated per panel so if you want to stay on the lower end you could use less panels. A 3 panel Heady Bed can actually be less than $200. It's when you start making it larger than normal that it can add up. Good luck on making your own - let us know if you have any questions along the way!
I was about to purchase one of those cheep inflatable headboards when I came across this on YouTube. I’m glad I did, I now have a quality headboard that looks and feels great. Very satisfied customer and I plan on ordering another one for the guest bedroom.

It's nice but I went on line and to see how much it would be for my king size bed the gave me a price of 1000.oo 1k way to much
