To random. Arceus is not bad at all, Damos stole the Jewel of Life, containing 16 of Arceus's Plates. He did not return the Jewel at the time Arceus told him to. Arceus protected the earth from a meteor, Arceus became badly injuried so Damos took care of Arceus, in return Arceus "borrowed" 16 parts of its body (The Plates) which were the Jewel of Life. Damos (controlled by Gishin) thereby "stole" it, not returning in time. There you know why Arceus attack random people, and also Ash and his crew

I believe it`s just confused, hopefully it won`t be by the end of the movie though XD Also, just as a bit of elaboration, when Gishin controlled Damos, Damos not only didn`t give the Jewel back, he also attacked Arceus. Additionally, the Jewel is made of 5 "Plates", Water, Grass, Ground, "Lightning'" (Electric), and Dragon.

Arceus is actually evil, and I seriously doubt Pichu will be strong enough to battle Arceus. Also, there's NO WAY that Pichu could convince Arceus that Damos is sorry that he didn't return the staff - in fact, I don't think Pichu would be able to move Arceus an inch into knowing that Damos is sorry. Arceus kills everyone. The world is destroy. The universe implodes. End of story.
