You can insert a Pre-Paid sim card into any t-mobile phone such as with boost mobile, you can use any type of nextel phone, just insert your pre-paid sim card. but The video is just basically saying that you can download ringtones for free on Sidekick LX, but you mustn't have any money on your account or they will charge you.
