  • You cannot rely on working your abs to help you loose weight. Doing ab workouts build abdominal muscles, it does not burn fat. If you want to loose weight, eat healthy nutritious low-calorie foods and do a lot of cardio and strength-resistance training.

  • you'll certainly make progress if you workout consistantly, smart, and push yourself.

  • abs are made in the kitchen so make sure u eat healthy which is no diary, low calories, low on sugars and drink more waterr and do your cardio then you will definitely get itt.

  • once a day. 3x a week. more is not better. stress the abs then rest. also, watch what you eat. if you want to see your abs you'll need a low % bodyfat.
