i believe either of them. There is a way to buy the expansions over the psn store. But you can only get to that menu through MGO game. But if you have a card either credit or psn it'll work.

@CBamProductions Well certain matches will have them in it. Your job to find those and you can select them in training rooms you make. Not combat training it has to be solo. And you an also make your own match and add the specials in through the settings.

AKIBA is the best unique character on MGO. He can disarm traps and I think when you kill 3 people in a row he passes gas and you can use that as a tatic against your enemy. That\'s why he's the best unique character to me.

Well his XM8 is dead accurate, but when you kill 3 guys, you stay still for about 20 seconds, reavling your postion. Plus if you shoot a friendly, you will kneel and say It wasnt my fault! Overall hes Average. Mei Ling is the worst. I like Ocelot since he has all the weapon skills maxed

Frogs is only a costume for the girls and even then you have to dish out 20k Reward points for it. Thought to let you know incase you thought otherwise.

You might be able to find the special characters in some matches but you can make one and enable them. And during training it gives you a choice of what character u want to use so choose a special character from there as well.

You have to find a match where the host allows people to play as a special character. Then after that i think you can use that character if you do the best in the round of something like that =P

(You can make your own match with him) You set away the traps by pressin the triangle button when you get some what close to a trap. It'll show something when you can disarm the traps.
