  • I am currently doing Rushfit and I am on my 2nd week. I think this program helps a lot because I'm starting to see some results and this is a high intensity workout.

  • Whats better for building strength. Slow and steady lifts or Explosive and fast lifts like they are doing?

  • @codename7000 Heavy weight slow and steady lifts.

    When I say heavy I mean you lift about 70-80% your one rep max.

    For example...

    If you can only bench 100 llbs once, you would be using 70-80 llbs for each set.

    That's all beginners stuff. You always want to have some sort of workout set up for each day, and change it up every now and then so you don't hit your plateau.

  • @EVILAKUMA I think her purpose is to show the "beginner" variations if you get tired and can't do the whole move.

  • @Haseeebo And that's an excuse? Know women personally that give it 100% when working out. Even if it's just demonstrating a technique.

  • @artifical007 She is doing the beginner variation of the workout. If you can't do the version that GSP does. I.E like if GSP is doing a pushup, she does a knees down pushup.
