I can't begin to say how silly and inaccurate this is. A couple examples: (a) It happened at night - in the dark. (b) It did not strike land directly, but scraped underwater rocks, suffered damage; then changed course southwest into a small bay where it struck more rocks and finally heeled over. It doesn't even remotely look like the ship - Oh, and the Captain reportedly switched off various auto controls and warnings to pilot the ship himself.
