Great, simple-to-comprehend video. Some of us become vegetarian because we love animals and do not want to be part of a food chain of violence in the killing of them for consumption. Others choose this diet for health reasons. We all are aware of antibiotics and growth hormones fed to livestock, which remain in the meat. Also, meat, particularly chicken, developes carcinogens as it cooks. This is not always understood by the general public.
I think there should be some explanation that balanced consumption of protein is even more critical for diabetics.
