  • This was incredibly useful - thank you! I find that I need very clear instructions with ways to know whether I'm doing it right as I go, and most people don't give me that in recipes. You did! Now to make the perfect fried egg for my wife with the flu. :-)

  • Teflon pan + metal knife = you bad

  • You think THIS has too much butter? Search "quick and easy breakfast for kids and teens" and watch the first vid, wait for the surprise sugary end. D:

  • @CoNf0oSeD ahahaha i feel bad for that guy

  • Ni puñetera idea de hacer un huevo frito. XD

  • Setting aside an egg with a broken yolk, that's picky !

  • eggs always taste better cooked on butter or grease, but its les healthy. also, i never put the egg in the pan unless its rly hot first

  • Nice video, very informative...thanks for sharing!

  • monounsaturated cooking spray is better, then it doesnt turn into a fatty dish and becomes healthy

  • @emtrixdk really? because thousands of years of human evolution are totally wrong right? if you're worried about heart disease and what not, take a look at some anthropological historical data on food and disease, our ancestors used primarily animal fats. squeezing the fat out of a nut is not very econimically feasable. heart desease was incredibly rare. I hope I can open your eyes to the brain washing thats been done to this country, Transfat is the enemy not saturated fat. :)

  • Covering the pan is the way to go, then you dont need to flip it and ruin your yolk!

  • Used this recipe (but with less butter) to make perfect eggs this morning. Thanks for the recipe.

  • ARRRGH.....Too much butter!!!!

That much butter used in a dish eaten once a week or so would be fine. But for a breakfast item meant to be eaten everyday, that much would be unnecessary calorific intake. Besides, she's using a teflon pan. A quarter of what she used should be more than sufficient.

  • i love the yolk

  • overdid it with the butter.

  • I'm hungry.. :D

  • I always flip mine

  • interesting, i usually always flip my fried eggs.

  • if you dont flip it, i believe its called sunny-side up, but im not sure

  • Ohhh,,,, now I see, She busted her ass up through the ranks of restaurants in Paris and London. After she earned her 3 Michelin stars, she decided to return to Bucks County Pa. Upon returning she taught the Bucks County residents how to cook a fried egg. Mmmmm...mmmmm.... something any American would have to work hard at and then really enjoy their plate of slop.

  • break the egg on a flat surface instead of a rim to keep bits of shell from being forced up into the egg.

  • Nice egg, but you didn't show us underneath to see how dark it was. It is nice to have a slight browning on the underside.

  • ha, noo oopoo...brown on eggs is a very bad thing. take it from me, i'm a culinary student. It means the protiens are over-coagulating and basically burning. Also, you release the ability to create the sulphur componets of the egg.

  • WTF? I've been browning my eggs for my whole life.

    HELP!

  • Great

  • eggs

  • im hungry...

  • Thanks nicely done!
