    I love how they say "do 8-10 reps of these". They should give people real advice instead of halfassing it so it's easy to understand.

  • i hope this works! to me it seems as if i'm always getting more of an arm workout when doing chest workouts, triceps for example.

  • y'know what I found out...if you don't flex your chest pushing up, you'll get more of a triceps workout, which is great for me.
