you get fuel from storage upgrades by contacts. you cant fly jets but can fly hellicopters.

buy the upgrades at factions outposts shops or at their main base - Enter the HQ or Outpost and select "shop." Look for "PMC Fuel storage upgrade." Buy it :D

The moe contracts you do for them the more fuel upgrades you can buy off them :P

here is how to get it. well...you alredy have it unlocked when you beat the game. go to evas station in the pmc. then click A or X when by her. then go down to "store" once loaded it should have the nuke in her list for 1 million dollars. hoped this helped.

My favorite way to do it is to land a helicopter on the platform in the back of the building, get out, plant a artillery beacon, get back in the helicopter and take off before the bombs fall, but you have to move fast. Not only do you get a better view of the destruction, but you can flee the area before the UP Mercs can report you.

Yes, it does play better. You don't have to hold the lazer guide for the whole time (To avoid being hit by it D; ) And I think that the shooting is improved. Don't take my opinion as professional, though. read some views on ebgames or sumthin :D
