I love this game so much. Unfortunately just recently my save data got corrupted so I had to start it all over again and that really sucks! But the music in it is amazing.

This was the opening theme yes? I loved the openings to these games. Although sadly the rest of the story was never told in such an exciting fashion. SCIV didn't even bother to put text after each mission like III did. Each character got an opening text and one cutscene. *Hopes story in V is more epically told*

1:30-1:50 prepartion to battle 1:50-2:25 leaders give speech 2:25-2:40 the samurai warriors look at the clear skies they see a great battle ahead and attack blood sprais all over there are dead ppl everywhere 2:40 the battle is over everyone is buring the dead the ppl learn what a mistake this tragic battle did

0:22 the soldiers are preparing for the battle

1:50 always reminds me of a cavalry charge into the enemy army

2:25 the soldiers see that they wined the battle and then at 2:40 the women and Children releasing tears of saddness upon the corposes of dead parents and relactives. Nice review

@hexler4 nightmare and sigfrind are one and the same. sigfreid was originaly nightmare but things happened and sigfried destroyed sould edge, but sigfreinds old armour became infused with the spirit of soul edge and became nightmare :)

But Siegfried destroyed Soul Edge with Soul Calibur and therefore defeated the Nightmare (or more correctly Infreno beacuse the Nightmare is the will of Soul Edge).So from third Soul Calibur and Onwards SIegfried and Nightmare are completly diffrent entities

This theme for Soul Calibur stands out as the best one for me because it covers all the emotional tones that come with the characters, all the music in SC3 was very well done I find myself wishing Namco would release the stage music as DLC.

Only thing they need at the end of this song is the classic SOULLLL CALIBURRR :)

Siegfried, Nightmare, Zasalamel, and Xianghua were my favorite characters to use in Soul Calibur III...

I still wonder WHY they had to split Siegfried and Nightmare into 2 seperate characters again...I liked it better when Siegfried was Nightmare.

Xianghua vs. Siegfried/Nightmare always seemed more epic to me for some reason.

Of course, I grew up with Soul Edge (game) before the 1st Soul Calibur came out back in the day.

Siegfried and Nightmare as two separate entities, in my opinion, was a good idea.

Xianghua versus Nightmare is good, but she's got more of a thing with Kilik these days, which is pretty well-received...

Siegfried versus Nightmare is better, since Siegfried has a bit of a personal reason to be trying to stop him.

I mean, the two make perfect archenemies.
