I'm sorry, but Turkey has Much Better dancers than this. This is from the early 90's when the skill level was way low. The dancers were much better back in the 60's and 70's and now there are some really good ones. At least in 2000 when I was there last. Doing real Turkish style, not a bad Egyptian imitation. And not to forget the real Romani dancing. Out of this world!

@Deathrape2001 Don't know where to find clips and don't know too many names. I was in Turkey in 2000. The only name I remember was Bergul Beray at the Orient House, then there was another girl at Gul and the best was at the Keravanseray.

@Deathrape2001 Not everyone has youtube clips. I was speaking specifically of Turkish dancers and since I don't speak Turkish I didn't get their names. I know Bergul. I also know Diedem, although I've only seen clips of her drum solos on youtube. Even that is much better than this, look it up. My area is Egyptian Dance, so if you wish, I could start by giving you two videos of male dancers followed by female dancers, who have better technical skill, musical interpritation and personality.

@Deathrape2001 Its not about being into guys or girls, the issue is TALENT and both those guys wipe the floor up with Sibel any day. As for Ramda, same thing, she's not fat, she has a real woman's body and agin, more talet in her fat pinky finger than Mrs. S has in her whole body.  The point is what is real dance talent and what isn't. Sibel lacks charisma musicality etc. She's sloppy and looks unfinished. As I stated before, she is NOT Turkey's best. There are many more much better than her.

@Deathrape2001 I'm busy with my own life, do it yourself. Besides, I didn't like the Bulgarian dance. My area is Egyptian dance. However, I gave you the critiria that any dancer no matter what discipline should have. Its a matter of entertainment value, showmanship etc. A good dancer should have a certain polish, whether is Jazz, Flamenco, or Oriental dance, these are universal elements. I've done more to promote this dance form internationally from lectures performances articles etc and was featured in the documentary American Belly Dancer by Miles Copeland of BDSS which has been seen world wide. @Deathrape2001 he only thing you've proven with your video clips is that there are tons of dancers more talented than Sibel. It takes more than a skinny body to be a dancer and she doesn't cut it, in any country, much less to be called Turkey's BEST when there are so many much better than she is. Whst makes a dancer: technique, musical interpritation, personality/charisma. Take a look at Randa again to learn what these things mean, fat or not, she has it and then some.

I've given you criteria for good dance no matter what the style. If that is what you like, its up to you to find what appeals to you.
