Estimated friend, if you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - looks for his direction URL in Google ( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!
@cakelady1269 Way kool. I was only a lad of eight, going on nine when this was a BIG HIT in the fall of 1969. What day is your birthday? Mine is on 12 / 4/ 1960. This song, amongst others have very fond memories, like "Smile A Little Smile For Me Rose Marie," and Smiths "Baby It's You." I love the era of the 1960s. Aren't you glad you weren't born much later?
@Helivz too funny...my birthday is 12/2/1969...my mother's birthday is 12/9/1935!!! december babies rock!!! as i have 'gotten older' i have found that i love the music of this era...yes...i am glad i was born when i was!!! it has taken me years to accept being a 'tracy'...now i am very thankful...how many can say they were named after a song???
@cakelady1269 Hi Tracy. What state were you born / raised in? For me it is Anchorage, Ak. Other songs from that era: "Young Girl" by Gary Puckett, "Jean" by Oliver, "Good Morning Starshine" same artist, "Come Together" the Beatles, "Easy To Be Hard" Three Dog Night, "25 Or 6 To 4" by Chicago, "Wichita Lineman" by Glen Campbell. I'm sure there are many more tunes affiliated from late 1969..oh , "Love Or Let Me Be Lonely" by The Friends Of Distinction, "Everybody Is A Star" Sly Family
@cakelady1269 Way kool. Glad to make your acquaintance. The rock group "Chicago" originates from Chicago, I believe. I was in the third grade when you were born. I came home to Lego's and erector sets,
@Helivz yes...i believe chicago is...me...i have '5' older bothers...my parents were a piece of cake compared to them...lol!!! my fav thing was my easy bake oven...lol!!!
@cakelady1269 LOL. I am an only child. Loved it until I hit age sixteen. Yes, the rock group "Chicago" had some kickin tunes, even in the mid-seventies; "Old Days," "Harry Truman," and a bunch of others like "Wishing you Were Here." I also loved the decade of the 1970s but nothing holds a candle to late 1969.
@cakelady1269 Another tune from the group "Chicago" from late 1969 was "Questions 67 and 68." That tune reminds me of French onion dip. My third grade teacher that fall was Mrs. French BTW. The spring / summer of 1970 also had way kewl tunes; Mi Bella Me by Tee Set, Love Grows Where My Rose Marie Goes, The Rapper, Kenny Rogers "Somethings Burning," Neil Diamonds "Salvation Show " and "Crackling Rosie."
I have excellent memory retention; I was diagnosed with aspergers syndrome.
My daddy named me after this song.It has real meaning to me...
