I kind of get why people don't like this. If the joke was to make the song just like those crappy 80's love ballads then i guess you nailed it. The lyrics weren't funny though (they just sounded like the average over dramatic kind that these songs usually have) and it just sounds like one of those old generic 80's songs. It's not horrible but not really funny either. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be?
