Milk Thistle is real good for the liver, but anxiety is because of low adrenal gland function. Stress and acidity (which is the culturing medium for the bacteria/viruses) suppress those glands. The Hemp oil seems to be extremely powerful at rejuvenating the glands back to homeostasis.
