This is what happens when small game studios try to do something daring.

First they decide to make an xbox and ps3 game out of this because they think its going to be a hit, then they decide to change what was supposed to be a great game (Gladiator A.D.) to something more kid friendly and poorly designed because it was easier, and then they get hit with layoffs while trying to design all these games at once alongside the sequel to their hit game, The Conduit. Now we dont have THIS.

@Mr007dogsmail That is not my point. My point is, is that even though this isn't the final product, this game looks silly because it rips many of the Conduit's animations. The "submachine gun" in this game also bears a resemblance to the Conduit's MP5k gun.

I don't think that the PS3 version of the game will have top/down gameplay. I think it may have a chance of having a ported version of the Wii's FPS Grinder. Because Sony is comming out with the Move, which is basically like the Wiimote, so there's still some chance left.

Have you seen The Xbox 360 version yet. If they add some of the stuff from the Xbox version into the wii version then you will have a really hard time talking your mom into letting you get this. I know how you feel though. I had to do the same thing when I was younger.

Well, I'm definitely going to get The Grinder (for Wii) seeing as how there isn't any swearing. I was a bit iffy when I played Call of Duty: World at War since the other soldiers on your team dropped the f-bomb a few times.

nothing special, really, the gameplay is just so average for an FPS, you just go around shooting things. and some enemies take SO long to kill. at least in the conduit, the giant aliens that took forever to kill were only in ONE level. sure, the guys in the grinder put up a fight, but running around something while shooting it and avoiding its attacks is just BORING! even the graphics aren't the best i've seen on the wii, the controls are the same as the conduit, and monster hunter tri has co-op

Well, the game is going to be released on PS3, x360, and PC. It has been confirmed that the x360 version will be a top down shooter and there's even a gameplay video of it on IGN. No word on the Wii version specifically, but I doubt they'd make the other versions top down and have it remain a FPS on the Wii. That wouldn't make much sense from a design perspective.

Seeing that this is going to be multi-console now, it's going to effect the Wii sales since many people prefer the graphics of the 360 and ps3.

it doesnt suck, it's just different to the others, it tried to revolutionize the market and it did. trust me don't get an Xbox 360 theyre terrible, i have a friend who had two, and both of them got fucked up in less than a year. If you don't believe me just type in Xbox red ring of death and youll find out some millions of videos about guys who got their Xbox messed up and they just drive on top of them or throw them from a 10 story building.

good thing this is an early build. Most of the sounds and well pretty much everything in this game is from The Conduit. so yea this is pretty much a skin right now.
