can you do a real pres to handstand statrting in a straddle positin and up into a handstand it was hard for me too learn because im tall i had to spread my legs almost into a split so my feet would come up

start by doing them against the wall like she is here. you can lean your back against the wall if you have to. try to shift all your weight onto your hands first and then go up on your tippy toes, then raise your feet if you can. the beginning is the hardest part, but after that it's easy. good luck!! :)

thanks. well ive taken gymnastics for a year and it took me couple months to learn that. handstand pushups are really good arm exercises and regular pushups too
im not sure cuz i never do bhs at my house cuz im afraid i mite get hurt and they usually dunt allow cameras at my gym, thats y i barely have any videos of me in my gym.
i am a level 5 gymnast and i can do it to!! i am also in the ymca leage!! :)

you have to lean into your shoulders. its better to lean against the wall when you are first learning them to help you balance.
