The bomb squad finally got there and pretty much told the cop that he was an idiot, and they were pissed that he made them drive all the way out to my house for nothing.

the reason they called it that, is because there is nothing in the books for something like this, the closest thing is an incindiary device, but that involves fire or an ignited explosive, not a pressure caused pop of a bottle lol. They had nothing they could say was illegal so they went with terroristic threats.. lol ive had this happen to a friend of mine, except it was dryice and water in a plastic bottle, and they still called it incindiary even though it wasnt. just so they could arrest.

I wonder what else was passed into law as a felony since the terrorist acts of 9/11/01. Dry ice is only capable of hurting a few people at one time. You would need tons of it to do any substantial damage. So, in my opinion dry ice does not warrant a felony. Young people have been playing with hazardous materials for a long time. I know it's not safe, but when did these kids become terrorists?
