mining and doing village and guild quests can reward you armor spheres. When finishing a quest, take note of the rewards and farm them when you find the rewards you want.

@heeroshin1 another way is trading pokke point with an armor sphere, one armor sphere costs around 800 pokke points you also can combine an armor stone with an iron ore / machallite ore (i don't remember)

yes, you can play on the same "zone" but not the same "map". For example, i was busy killing a rathian in one area as my friend was collecting herbs for potions on another

due to the Khezu whelp. When you mine there you find that item and it sucks the life out of you until you drop it off at the box.
