Just guessing,(because of course I don't know your situation anymore than you know mine), but I think that you have never had to worry about money for any length of time or else you wouldn't have made a comment like that. I have lived on the minimum amount of money (by Western standards) for more years than I care to think about, and it's no fun, believe me! If you don't think money makes a difference, then you haven't been without it for very long. (Looks like you're the one who is ignorant)

I feel sorry for them all.......it's miserable being poor, especially if you know your circumstances will probably never change . Imagine looking at a LIFETIME of poverty ahead.

Ron Cummings had a pretty good job as a crane operator. Those guys make pretty good money. I doubt he had to look at a lifetime of poverty. All he had to do what keep his job or eventually get another job in the same field.
