The bass sounds awesome, but the high notes sound waaaay to bright and annoying compared to the NES version where some parts almost sounded mystical. But the bass is awesome, and this song is driven by it... so I think I prefer the GENESIS version of this song slightly.

the graphics and music are better which in a way makes it a better game but the NES version still has great graphics and music while rubbing the Genesis version into the dirt! its much harder on NES which is what i PREFER so to me the NES version is better!

@Klax0r I enjoy this one greatly, but something about that good 'ol 8-Bit sound makes me prefer the original a little bit. 0:45-0:54 is actually kind of annoying here, too, while it's mystical-sounding on the NES.

Personally I think it varies between the tracks. Example, the Genesis version of Wookie Hole is the best, while the NES version of Surf City is the best.
