@carmanshuey No, freezing would not affect the alcohol content of the ice cream. Though the relative alcohol content of that iced cream product would be pretty low, it should not be given to children, but I figure it would be fine for older teens in moderation.

Midori as he says or any fruit biased liquor or you could look at drink recopies that use Midori and take the alcohol from that just replace the Midori with the melon
