Ive used 2 bpm counters, one manual, one automatic and they both came out to 88 bpm. 87 is the "standard" for drum and bass, like 140 is the "standard" for dubstep, which you obviously didnt know. and as I explained, drumstep is easily mistaken for dubstep because it is drum and bass with beats on the 2 and 4 count instead of all 4. I dont know where you have been, but dnb has drops also. I know music, and you obviously dont lol.
