Also, if you have a Mario Paint Strategy Guide like myself, it will show you the basic template on how to make a football helmet by using the Character Stamp features that are in Mario Paint if that will help you design the hemlets better on the game.

Some constructive criticism for the artist:

You should fix the static. For example the second picture has black and green static pixels all over the background and her face. When you fix it up maybe it will look a little nicer, because right now you can really tell you're coping pixels straight from a resized image.

Yes, it took 6 hours to create the program and 2 hours per one picture to make it paint.
