  • This looks amazing.

  • this is one of the best wii games i played and i played a whooole bunch. the story line was pretty cool, the voice acting was actually really good. each character had a different type of gameplay. my favorite parts were the autopsies and the diagnostics. i really hope they make another one. as a fan of old adventure games and sherlock holmes novels, this fits nicely next to them on my shelf.... i mean they're separate shelves, but the same book case... man i'm really drunk right now vodka good.

  • Why no italian release QAQ

  • 3 people were rejected doctors

  • Please hook the wrist strap securely to your wrist so you don't end up in the ER yourself

  • Atlus USA, when will the next trauma center title be announced? It's been over a year now.

  • It would be funny if there was a video game series like this except that cars replace patients and mechanics replace doctors.

The games' names would probably be these:

    Car Mechanic: Under The Hood

    Car Mechanic: Second Thought

Car Mechanic: New Gas (or Car Mechanic: New Oil)

Car Mechanic: Under the Hood 2

Car Mechanic Team (or Mechanic Team)

    =D

  • Anyone like the newer games just a bit better than under the knife I have played both under the knife games and I think 1 rushes you more then utk 2

  • The defibrillator requires strict focus? This one's easier than that of Second Opinion's or New Blood's.

  • I do like this game except the blood does look weird like cherry jello.. i guess maybe its easier in the gamer's sense to clean up.. but it still looks kinda weird i liked the way the blood looked before loL and it looks like there's shadows of designs on all the organs.. i dunno kinda weird looking but i love this game!

  • If only real tumors looked like perfect rubys, then cancer is cured ;D

  • Cool game! =D

  • @KayakoKiitty

    Since you asked so nicely...

We're publishers in North America (hence the "USA" in our username). We can't publish in PAL regions.

And yes, thank you, we would love to have your money. Please send a check to our Irvine office.

  • @AtlusUSA Can you tell me the episode name where the beam in the heart is depicted and you guys fail the mission (haha)?

  • @AtlusUSA pretty childish answer

  • Can they make this for Ds? I would love to take this wherever I go!

  • No Stiles? NOOO

  • They're playing Conference: Emergency Procedure/Conference B in this video. Just some info.

  • ATLUS!!!!!!! YOU NEVER SHIPPED THIS GAME TO KENTUCKY!!!! ATLUS!!!

  • i want this game!

  • Normally I would hate any sequels that wouldn't have derek in them since he's awesome! But for Trauma team I actually really loved it, Cr-so1 is awesome he's my fav character, not only was surgery was my fav one the he's pretty hot ;P lol, anyway I loved how you could play different charecters with different stories and different medical fields. I also really loved first response, I'm not a big fan of endoscopy though! Didn't like the feel to it. Forensics was cool, orthopedics I just started.

  • i prefer ameture surgeon.

  • lol I played this in my health science class

  • @CutAzn

I need to give this game a try

How is the game overall CutAzn???

  • @bulldogsfan it definitely has an interactive feel to it, but it isn't really realistic.

and it's really easy. It gives you instructions throughout an operation and you have to finish the operation before the patient's vitals goes to zero.

But you see the antibiotic gel that they use during the operation in the video? When you're patient's vitals are low just use it until it goes back up again.

  • @CutAzn That sounds better than the movies I hear they used to show. Lucky!

  • Melexonitrate, this series is renowned for its difficulty. Its not realistic but challenging and fun

  • So from looking at this it kinda seems easy :/. I hope you have to be more precise, and take a bit like in real surgery. Like with the sewing up part. It looks like all you gota do is wag the controller. Thats like the equivalent of a doctor doing it an being like well frig as longs as sum of em got where they're supposed too.. I think i wana get this though

  • Trauma Team was a disapointment.

  • @tecJose123 Rip off? It's made from the same company that made Trauma Center. Or didn't you know that?

  • When is it coming out in the UK?

Does anybody know because i think that a lot of people from the UK are waiting for it to arrive in the shops.

  • is this comeing out in the uk coz i love trauma center and this looks cool

  • There are only some missions with a time limit. Like when you're operating on Alyssa.

  • the blood sucks

  • I highly doubt that the company that released Trauma Center would make a rip off called Trauma Team. Just sayin' guys.

  • @MercilessCult00 But they did. Look on Atlus's offical website.

  • The blood in Trauma Center was better. But I have to admit, this looks just as fun! 8D

  • it needs more blood!

  • I suck at forensics D:

  • Guys, because of the lack of the timer, that means everything else will be turned up. It won't be easier, it will probably be harder to keep your patient alive while operating on them.

  • @Rhaxma Also, consider that in reality, doctors don't have a syringe that magically keeps the blood pressure of the heart from falling below the normal vital level. If you want reality, stop using the syringe to raise your patients vitals. :P

  • @Rhaxma Except your patient would be certain to die.

If I am correct, isn't it usually pumped in?

  • @tecJose123 This isn't a ripoff I would say, I've heard Derek is in it so I'm guessing it's either in the future or just a different setting.

  • 2 anyone who doesn't like the fact that there r no timers in most of the ops...there may not be a timer but u'd still have 2 be quick cuz in most of the ops u have 2 complete it in a certain amount of time in order 2 get the highest ranking. if u can complete an op in like 2 mins and u take like 3 or 4 mins 2 complete it, u'll be getting an A instead of S. mostly it doesn't tell u when 2 complete it but there are some which does. i think in the first surgery op u have 2 complete it in 90 secs.

  • 250 years wow

  • Did they take out the healing touch? I hope not...

  • Trauma Center is better.. because it had timer..

make you feel how the doctor feels during the operation

  • @PilotGery1 Yeah, except not. Surgeries can last for hours on end, and it's impossible and idiotic to expect a five minute heart transplant. Hah

  • @RightChocobo well.... at least when you TRY to play it on WII you get the feeling...

because doing that kind of GAME without timer. fells like...

this gonna be a piece of cake

  • @PilotGery1 I suppose

  • I LOVE these games! This version of Trauma Center was my first time playing it on Wii- The DS versions won me over so I just had to have it for Wii too! I like the surgery. It looks like CR-S01 might be one of the sin children from the Under the Knife sereis...Hmmm..

  • Finally, no fucking timer...

Like fifteen tertarti parasites in ten minutes...that better be the second-to-last level in under the knife...

  • id probloy lose ever minigame cuz my hands shake

  • They should make you fix mistakes you make. Like when you do a stray cut with the scalpel. Oh, and is it just me, or are these like the coolest (most likely over payed judging by their attire) doctors that you've ever seen? lol

  • No more stigma? Yay!

  • @Gyzyn What?! GUILT and Stigma made Trauma Center fun!!!

  • @killthemwithfirelol It depends on what you prefer. I prefer more realistic operations.

  • @Gyzyn So do I, but I also enjoy a challenge. Guilt was challenging, so was Stigma, but I do appeciate what Trauma Team has to offer.

  • the surgery is so kool i love him

  • que mamada es esto??

  • thank god no timer

  • I'd tap CR-S01. HARD.

Also, the reason the cell looks like that is because they keep it at 0*C(32*F) to prevents diseases/

  • @flowerluver100 Yup...Ironically, Gabriel points out that several species of bacteria can still be cultivated at those temperatures.

  • Holy crap it's Lelouch and Light Yagami child.

  • You can hear the original UtK operation briefing music in the background

  • I own this game and these are my thoughts on the surgery portion of the game:

I've only played one other game in the series, and that was TC: UTK2, and the controls of the surgery portion of the game's vary from UTK2. For example, the nunchuck is used to scroll through the tools. There are also a few new challenges in certain surgeries, like a time limit, or losing a freaking NEEDLE in the freaking PAITENT!

  • Continue:

I personally loved this portion of the game. I found the story particularly interesting. Atlus did a lot better on the story than in previous Trauma center game.

If anyone would like me to post a video of me playing the game, please say so. Please refrain from leaving negative comments. Thanks for reading.

  • THATS A GUY!?!?!?

  • "at least untill you restart the level..."

  • The lack of a timer makes sense, really.

"Alright, I'm almost done treating this patient. I just need to close him up... suture... and now for the banda-"

"Oh my god, five minutes have passed! Leave."

"But... I... I just need to apply the b-"

"Did I STUTTER? Leave! Leave and never come back! You'll never practice medicine again! DX "

    "But... but I... D: "

  • @Remaix LOL... totally LOL...

  • @Remaix

Oh my God, I know! In the DS version of Under the Knife 1 I had like 20 seconds left and just had to put on the bandage - and not only did it keep giving me fails ( I guess the correct way to place a bandage is slightly crooked. and yes, I have re-aligned my screen like three times) and because of that I failed the operation.

  • @Remaix lmfaoo :')

  • @Remaix That literally nearly happened to me...I skipped disinfection and applied the bandage at 00:02 seconds left.

  • @Remaix You make me laugh. XD

  • make me want to buy a Wii

  • some characters look like from trauma center SO like the surgery guy looks like that guy that created the lazer for pempty and the silver-head guirl looks like kimishyma

  • @TheSlimeHunter *pempti and his name is Victor. and the silver-haired girl IS Naomi.

  • @Crazycolorz5 yeah i onli finded out wen i saw the forensics video

  • well i think im loving this game and i guess ill buy wii

  • conosco un juego parecido a este esta online no es igual pero tiene bastante de este juego se llama amateur surgeon es muy divertido usas herramientas y estas contra el tiempo como en trauma me encanta trauma team quiero un wii XD

  • im 10 and i love this game

  • Im definitely getting this game!

  • Why do the blood look like jelly?

  • 1:00 what is that?!

    an... iron girder?

  • i want this on the ds!!!!!!

  • Guys...its a cyrogenic prison... He's frozen for the whole sentence.

  • @Rhaxma

    A cyrogenic prison?

    Well, if that's the case...

    CRS01: I WAS FROZEN TODAY!!!

If you've never seen the Nostalgia Critic's review of "Suburban Commando," you won't get this, but I couldn't resist.

  • wait if that person is 250 years old how come he looks pretty oung and have cool hair he supposed to be old and stuff and no hair and supposed to be dead!

  • @xviper101 He is not 250 years old, but he has a prison sentence of 250 years. (Of course he won't ever sit those out.)

  • @Justiceservings oh lol!

  • y does blood look like cherry jello?

  • @pokemonrulz10 Something about ratings and approvals...

  • I love the Trauma Center games! Just beat New Blood. Loved it. Hope the cast of New Blood makes a cameo.

  • the blood looks a little wierd...

    like its Jello

  • do surgery with wiimote, sure... i ordered this one!

  • will this have online multiplayer or local?

  • Thank you atlus for no time limit

  • what the hell is on his head?

  • No time limit??

    WHAT??

I play Trauma Center because it simulates the stress of actually being in an operating room. :( :( :( :( How am I going to get my stress with no timer???

  • @GraveyG2 Also, why can't there be like, a veteran mode, where there's a timer, and there's real looking blood?? :/ As is the blood now kind of creeps me out, but it didn't before.

  • @GraveyG2 The blood here is cartoonized because of the anime-like genre, so it has to look like that. I like the NO TIMER mode when I'm dealing with GUILT or Stigma, but this is rubbish

  • @GraveyG2 According to the Japanese site, there WILL be a third, hard mode, but they didn't say anything about a timer. But why do you need that if the vitals are going to drop like freaking crazy in hard mode? You'd be too busy raising vitals to even think about a timer!

  • omg that will be great if a suture would be so simple like swapping randomly the hand :\

  • the grapcics of the blood sucks

  • @holdingspace yeah

  • can you make the characters less creepy looking ? :L

  • Where the fuck is the Gynecologist.

  • I wan't this game. Mainly because I'm an aspiring doctor and I want a game that keeps me somewhat stimulated.

  • Might get this trauma game

  • atlus , why do you have to make the blood look like jelly? -_-

  • @YUVI181 They did it because they did not want to sicken out other players who are squirmy

  • Comment removed

  • hey AtlusUSA? do YOU know what a aneurysm looks like?

  • WHAT THE SHELL!! what happened to the patient at 0:59!?

  • Comment removed

  • does anyone know what a aneurysm looks like in Trauma Team? (i know its a mystery)

  • Also, I just thought of something: if they're going for more realistic setting, will there be no Healing Touch?

  • I always thought the vitals were enough of a time limit. Also, there were times where I was closing up the patient at the end, then time ran out and I had to start over.

  • well extremely long prison sentences arent unheard of. For example some man in Indonesia or some SE Asian country got around 10,300 years in prison for a long string of frauds

  • I felt that the timer only works on guilt patients because after 5 mins guilt takes over the body

  • No because someone can die in five minutes from glss shards or loss of blood during a car accident. But it's ok now. I just hope they don't take the challenge away.

  • no time limit=less pressure=better score=higher game ratings=better sales/more money

  • Wrong. You still are pressured to finish quickly in order to get an XS

  • i said LESS PRESSURE NOT NO PRESSURE so your the one who's wrong

  • besides my comment was voted better than your's

  • Does that matter?

  • It's been confirmed by Atlus that it's less about time in this one and more about precision.

  • What? That makes no sense...

  • WTF no time limit?

  • 250 year sentence? WTF?! this gamelooks cool all it needs is a cameo of the one and only Derek Stiles and a fiction disease like GUILT or stigma

  • @racermoments2508

LOL the judge was smoking so bad guilt crack

  • I read in an article about the game that it's going to focus more on real world medical practices, and not have so much special powers or freaking terrorist diseases.

  • Yeah they said no G.U.I.L.T or tigma. this game will be much more realistic. It isn't bad to do that where some people complain of it.

  • @racermoments2508

there isn't any GUILT or Stigma but there is a crazy fiction disease but I shouldn't tell you. although you could take a lucky guess.

  • Well golly, I sure hope no sort of red eyes pop up.

  • @racermoments2508 Well there is one bio horror....Rosalia virus....IT'S EVIL! DX

  • does anyone know when this game comes out in the UK? :/ I can't wait

  • interesting........

  • I hope it have online scoring like New Blood, or at least that it saves hi-scores for competition, it makes the game pretty fun to revisit. Looking fun so far though =)

  • Oh gummies =D

  • Why does everything look like Jell-O now?

  • So that it doesn't gross people out. My girlfriend winced at Trauma Center's graphics, but this Jell-O type of blood will make a nice change.

  • hahaha i was thinking the same thing xD

  • seriously, is CRS01 a guy or a girl?

  • @ShadeDevil7 I believe CRS01 is a guy

  • wait, the site said may, 18 2010

    i want april lol tho

  • ok, mi favorite wii game was No More Heroes. but this game seems to be so awesome.... perhaps it may become my new favorite game

  • ah old school trauma center with new stuff

  • dident see that guy coming

  • CR-S01 is attractive, all the more to love trauma team!

alright, so maybe time limits added more pressure for entertainment, but its more realistic that way.

i mean, its not like in real life, a surgeon is working on a patient for more than 5 mins and somebody says, "oh, sorry, you're out of time, gotta let the patient die now" XP

  • i love trauma center + trauma team coming up soon beat tcutk1 and 2 second opinion and new blood angie is friggin hot!!!

  • Here's a challenge for time freaks -- set your microwave timer to 5 minutes and put in your favorite food. Start cooking while trying to finish an operation asap. If you run out of time, you get horribly overcooked, scorching hot food as punishment! O the pressure!

  • @cumcad Yes and also if my microwave gets ruined, you owe me a new one! LOL!

  • Lmao, great idea =D

  • @cumcad you must be fat

  • the music in the background is just like the music for the breifing in trauma center: second opinion...kewl

  • 250 year sentence? They should have just sentenced execution.

  • I'm going to assume that the backgrounds music for these videos is going to be the briefing theme.

  • No timer? Kinda defeats the purpose of a challenge? OH well, game still looks nice, can't wait to play.

  • I really don't get why everyone gets mad about the missing time limit.

If you liked the pressure so much, just try to finish the operation as fast as possible, for instance?

  • @AmeKiyaru I'm not mad over it, it's just the timer gave it a challenge, you know like being a real doctor where they work against the clock and every precious second ccounts.

  • CRS01 looks pretty hot. There's always one (or more) hot doctors. I wish that happened in real life...

  • @RibbonGun "Doctors don't look like models. They look like Rex." Dr. Cox Scrubs.

  • @RibbonGun hate to kill your boner, but thats a guy... i know, he's so pretty

  • That looks so fucked up how you have to pull a steel girder out of someone's chest using Forceps.

That's ridiculous. Even for the Trauma Center games.

  • You need at least a robot arm to get that out! That wound is the size of an organ!

  • Man, crystalized blood jelly, too many hints what to do and no timer? I've got a bad feeling about this.

It's somehow doesn't feel like the patient in critical condition if the is no timer. Of course, there are vitals but it's not the same.

  • @Sobol14 Maybe they'll have an option where you can turn off hints and I like the fact not having a timer, I could focus better.

  • Maybe. I just hoping that it won't be too easy without a timer.

The timer was giving the tension that was awesome to feel while trying to save lives and you had to be fast but careful.

  • Yeah the timer did add to the challenge, but sometimes it gets had to focus under the pressure of a timer, where you're watching the clock and not focusing on the task at hand, but yeah just saying. Yes and I agree the blood looks like jelly, the crystallization of the body parts...actually looks pretty cool.

  • I'm interested to see how the Forensics specialties will be

  • If this "blood jelly" will be in the game after release that would be bad.

  • Lol, there's no stigma or healing touch, yet we play as a convicted felon with a horrible past. He has to be kept in chains and a mask for fs sake. I bet his crime was experimentation. Unnecessary surgery.

  • If you look at the main site, it says that he was convicted for being a subject of a biological outbreak at a high school.

  • He has amnesia so he doesn't know if he actually caused it or not. The government saw his enormus guilt so they are letting him work it off usingf the surgical skills he remembers

  • Looks interesting. I'll be waiting for it.

While I noticed comments about the implied difficulty the game might have, I'm sure that like the previous installments, there will be an "Extreme" difficulty or otherwise.

SO's "Extreme" wore me out, so Hard is fine by me. =)

  • 2:20 A new type of guilt/stigma???

  • The developers comfirmed that Trauma Team will only focus on realistic operations, therefore there won't be any parasites stuff in it. ^^
