I prefer the powder to capsules as well. Rather than drink it, though, I will wrap 2 - 3 grams in a rolling paper and parachute it...do that twice and maybe redose in an hour. Drinking it can be like drinking mud.

I prefer to chew on about 3 fresh leaves during the day but making tea is also a great way. i have a batch of Kratom tree available if anyone is wanting to grow there own. Growing Kratom might sound hard but its one of the easiest tree's to grow. They do well indoors in the winter then once spring is here put them outside in a big pot and watch them grow 3-4 feet in one summer.

I had a painful virus for months which killed my throat,nearly every forum on kratom said there was little to no chance of bad side effects or withdrawl,well i used it for a month at the start once or twice a week then i used it two days in a row then another two days in a row,two days later i got painful muscle cramps all over my body.I was suprised and unhappy as i hadn't even used that much only a 50 grams over 3-4 week period.Once a week is harmless tough but no more than that.
